Esthetician Position Overview:
Responsible for evaluating clients’ skincare needs and then providing on-brand, effective, educational, safe, customized and enjoyable facials, thereby generating repeat clients and brand advocates. Also responsible for providing product recommendations to their clients to help them develop an effective at-home skincare regimen between Faced visits.

Pursue ongoing education and stay on top of new industry findings
Document work
Follow-up with clients
Maintain professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications:
1+ years of experience offering facials. More experience is a pro.
Work experience with advanced facial massage techniques, light chemical peels, clean products, and electrical tools such as Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, high frequency, skin scrubber etc. preferred
Deep- and growing- knowledge of skincare and clean beauty with the ability to communicate the basic science of skin and principles of skincare to clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to commute to studio
License Requirements:
Valid Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License

Client Service Operations
Answers the studio phone and messaging system to schedule appointments, answer client questions, and provide general information
Leads client check-in and check-out processes, including educating about the brand, products, and next steps
Addresses clients by name and seeks to build a warm professional relationship with them
Seeks client feedback and funnels it to the appropriate party
Works with the esthetics staff to ensure timeliness of appointments
Works with management and the esthetics team to resolve any issues decisively and effectively.
Learns and fully utilizes the point-of-sale system to ensure seamless booking, check-in, and check-out process. Adds client notes to ensure clear communication across the team.
Follow up with clients to generate return visits and assist with scheduling, product needs, etc.
