SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.

P.O. Box, International Shipping, APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, international, and military addresses at this time.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered to be hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover and fragrances). These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

All orders containing hazardous materials can only be shipped via ground to addresses within the continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@facedfacialstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost In Transit

If your order has left our facility, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for additional information. Unfortunately, we are not able to track items lost in transit by the carrier.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are:

Monday - Friday: 10AM - 9PM

Saturday & Sunday: 9AM - 5PM

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@facedfacialstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
